Payroll

• Setup employees in Accounting Software payroll system
• Prepare payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly from Timesheets to Payslips
• Monitor employee entitlements – Annual Leave, Personal Leave
• Set up Allowances
• Lodge Tax File Number declarations
• Review, advise and lodge PAYG Withholding and Superannuation
• Reconcile End of Year wages
• Report, lodge and send employee payment summaries to Employees and ATO
• Roll over payroll year if applicable
• Pay (if included in service contract) wages, Superannuation Super stream, Incolink, CoInvest and other industry specific liabilities
• Lodge and pay WorkCover
• Lodge and pay Payroll Tax
